Get Certified
There are a number of methods of certification in Project Management. The AIPM RegPM program, PMI's PMP program and IPMA's program are good examples. Our people are experienced in these processes. We are personable and practical and while we no longer assess, we can advise on the processes.
Certification with AIPM
Sandra and John were assessors within the Australian Institute of Project Management’s RegPM program for over twenty years. Sandra assessed up to Certified Practising Project Director level. John assessed to the level of Portfolio Executive and also conducted PMO assessments.
Sandra and John thank the many individuals they worked with over the years and wish them very well in their careers.
PMP with the PMI
The Project Management Institute (PMI) administer the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
The PMP requires demonstration of experience and then completion of an examination. The examination is based on the PMI’s A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge. In addition to knowing this text, we also found it invaluable to either attend a course or refer to a PMP exam preparation text. This will help you with how to approach the exam questions in a general way.

IPMA
The International Project Management Association certifies project managers at various levels. The assessment is based on IPMA’s Individual Competence Baseline – that defines the competencies of project, programme and portfolio managers. The process includes application, examination and an interview.
